1. Violate Platform Rules: Post content that breaches the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or API policies of third-party social networks (e.g., Meta, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) connected to your Newster account.
   
   
2. Spam & Automated Abuse: Use Newster to generate spam, unrequested bulk posts, misleading content, or engage in artificial engagement schemes (e.g., mass automated tagging, deceptive links).
   
   
3. Illegal or Harmful Content: Publish, upload, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, harassing, hateful, obscene, deceptive, or infringes upon intellectual property or privacy rights.
   
   
4. Platform Security Breach: Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, hack, disable, overload, or compromise the integrity and security of the Newster platform or servers.
   
   
5. Unauthorized Reselling: Sub-license, sell, rent, lease, or commercially exploit Newster’s core infrastructure without prior explicit permission from admin@newster.net.

4. Third-Party Social Networks and API Services

• Compliance: You must comply with all third-party rules when posting through Newster.
  
  
• API Availability: We are not responsible or liable for service interruptions, feature limitations, account restrictions, bans, or API modifications imposed by third-party social networks.
  
  
• Account Disconnections: If a third-party social network revokes access or alters its developer terms, certain automation features on Newster may become unavailable without prior notice.

5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellations
